My route into UX began in industrial design, which taught me to balance human needs, technical constraints and commercial reality.
After moving to the UK, I shifted into ecommerce and digital design, learning HTML and CSS along the way. Today, I work across the whole product process, from research and journey mapping to prototyping, design systems and developer handover.
I care about simple language, inclusive experiences and decisions grounded in evidence. I’m at my best when collaborating closely with product, engineering and business teams.
How I can help
I connect user needs with business goals, then make the path forward tangible for teams.
User research, competitor reviews, analytics, stakeholder workshops and problem framing.
Information architecture, journey maps, service flows, requirements and prioritisation.
Wireframes, UI design, prototypes, design systems and accessible interaction patterns.
User testing, iteration, developer collaboration, design QA and continuous optimisation.
